DIABLA DIEZCO

Diabla Diezco { The Netherlands }

After doing tunes together for Bas Mooy's label Arms they decided to create the Diabla Diezco alias and work on a fine selection of tunes for there live set, which is up and running since 2006. Influenced by artists such as Surgeon, Regis, Mulero, Whitehouse, Aphex Twin, Steve Rachmad and The Advent, they take you on a trip through the darker dungeons of techno. From dirty offbeat kick drums to straight nineties rhythms, crazy synth stabs and mind crushing sounds capes, they touch a wide variety of what true techno's about. Keep an eye out for their upcoming tracks on labels such as Audio Assault, Arms, Planet Rhythm, Aftertaste and Lime Tree Project.

LARS KLEIN

Lars Klein { Germany }

Lars Klein, born Dortmund (in the huge industrial Ruhr area), became infected with electronic music when he first listened to the vinyls of Jean-Michel Jarre.

In the Mid-80s, he got in touch with House music and it were labels such as "DJ International" and "Trax" who left their deepest traces with their impelling and propulsive electronic sounds without any vocal knick-knack whatsoever.

Equipped with turntables and a tape deck, he began to produce a series of amateur mix tapes which his friends and mates received with much enthusiasm. In the early 90s, he had his first DJ bookings which marked that Lars was set for his musical career. In 1994 he had assembled his first studio equipment, and he immediately began to work hard at developing his production skills.

The news spread like wild fire and he was soon snapped up by the crème de la crème of labels. Planet Rhythm, Primate and Fine Audio have all knocked on Lars’ door for tracks and the demand has definitely not abated.

The fact that Lars is an excellent producer has been immortalised on vinyl, but what about his skills as a DJ? Any one who has seen Lars play will be able to tell you that he turns a crowd upside down and leaves them begging for more.

The combination of German thoroughness to ensure seamless mixes and the innovative choice of records make him the perfect entertainer!

Lars started up his own label LK records in March 2004 to provide a platform for more of his work as well as that of artists he admires.

MARK VERBOS

Mark Verbos { USA }

MATT K

Matt K { USA }

For over 5 years now, Matt K has been producing the felonious bass crushing tunes that keep the dances floors shaking with his unique style of “Gangsta-Tech”, the fusion of mayhem, violence, and ass rattling grooves. Reprehensibly hard, and deplorably infectious, his skill and determination seethe through with every performance. Matt is currently headlining events in Ibiza, London, Mexico, national dates spanning the east coast to the west coast, as well as continuing to ambush his local scene in Atlanta, GA.

OGI

Ogi { Croatia }

DJ Ogi got into Croatian electronic music scene in 1995. He is the founder of Rijeka's techno scene and also one of the leading people of today's Croatian electronic music scene. Being a proud member of “Energetica Team”, an organization for promoting electronic music, Ogi was one of the people who organized one of the greatest open air festivals in Croatia, “Exotica”. His style has always been based on hard techno, and even today it's a combination of pumping hard techno and dark elements, marked and well rounded with his beastly mixing technique on 3 decks. His sets could be heard at the raves and parties such as Love Parade in Berlin, MTV Valkana Beach Festival 08 at Grobnik, Citadela and Imperium in Brno, Teknautika in Landsberg, Paradog in Senica, in European clubs like Zoreks in Lleinda/Barcelona, Cazin and Tunel in Linz, Ambasada Gavioli in Izola, Fabrik in Ostrava, Suburbia in Udine, Ostwerk in Augsbourg, ExExtreme in Bratislava, Lipa and k4 in Ljubljana, and, of course, in many Croatian clubs such as Boogaloo, Colosseum, The Best, Tvornica, Monvi etc. Besides being a very successful dj, Ogi's into techno production as well, and his music has been published by labels like Submissions, Compressed, Patterns, Cardiac Arrest, GAD X Cell, Arms, Giant and Dwarf, Wired, Northwest Dynamics, H.U.T., Holzplatten and Compound Records. OMERTA

Omerta { USA/Mexico }

After many years of quality Gunjack and Matt K releases, the two have finally joined forces in a long overdue partnership based on like-minded production values. "Gangsta-tech" is a sound invented by Matt K and Gunjack. Both being unaware of the other's "invention", the two soon joined up and further defined the sound as a label and a live performance duo. Hard and dark, urban and architectural, this is a sound based in a shady criminal world, meticulously constructed through intimate knowledge of pop culture.
